Between 2017 and 2022, StoryPower provided a range of community engagement and communication services for the NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC). These services included:

• Developing communication strategies to inform tenants about high-rise fire safety and other building upgrades

• Creating and implementing a new community engagement strategy to define how LAHC engages with nearby neighbours in relation to new social housing projects, as is required under NSW planning law

• Delivering and implementing strategies to support engagement and communication in relation to new social housing development projects, including at the rezoning and development assessment stages

• Preparing award submissions

• Overseeing an internal photo and information library about new social housing projects
